Booking terms and cancellation policy.

This starter wording should be checked and customised before the website goes live.

Appointments

Appointments are by booking only. Please arrive at the agreed time and follow the directions sent in your confirmation message.

Payment

Online bookings currently send a booking request rather than taking card payment. Lauren may confirm payment by cash, bank transfer, a temporary payment link, sponsor credits or gift vouchers. Stripe card payment can be enabled later once it has been fully set up.

Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the appointment fee or deposit being retained.

Clinical suitability

Treatment is subject to suitability. Lauren may adjust, stop or decline treatment if it is not appropriate on the day, or may recommend that you speak with a GP, physiotherapist or another healthcare professional.

Sponsorship packages

Sponsor benefits are subject to package level, suitability, availability and any club or competition requirements. Clinic credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Clinic credits

One clinic credit is equal to one 30-minute treatment credit. Credits cannot be combined with other offers and unused credits do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Shop and pre-orders

The shop is prepared as a future feature and is not linked publicly yet. When activated, product terms should include delivery, collection, pre-order and refund details.

Before launch, replace this with final terms that Lauren is happy with and that match the exact booking, payment, refund and sponsor process.
